La Mirabelle I launches price list for 128 units on Tuesday

Sino Land's (0083) La Mirabelle I in Tseung Kwan O, released the price list for 128 units on Tuesday, with discounted price starting from HK$5.93 million. 

The batch includes nine one-bedroom units, 68 two-bedroom units, 43 two-bedroom units, and eight special units, spanning from 323 to 586 square feet.

The discounted prices range from HK$5.93 million to HK$11.55 million, with discounted prices per sq ft ranging from HK$16,851 to HK$20,168.

Meanwhile, the developer mentioned that 268 units will be launched for sale, including 207 units offered for sale via price list on Saturday and 61 units via tender next Monday.

This project is co-developed by Sino Land, Kerry Properties (0683), K Wah International (0173), China Merchants Land (0978), and MTR Corporation (0066).
