Lime Spark raises prices by 2.6pc in new batch after selling all 121 flats on Sat

Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) has released a fourth batch for its Lime Spark in Tsuen Wan with a 2.6 percent price hike, after selling out all 121 flats in the second round of sales on Saturday. 

The batch offers 87 flats at an average discounted price of HK$18,613 per square foot.

The price rise reflects the differences in levels and views, said Tam Sik-cham, Sun Hung Kai Real Estate (sales and leasing) Agency's assistant general manager of sales and marketing for the special projects department.

The fourth list comprises two-bedroom units with sizes ranging from 361 sq ft to 364 sq ft. They are priced from HK$6.35 million to HK$7.29 million after discounts, or from HK$17,535 to HK$20,029 per sq ft.

Tam said the developer will announce the sales arrangement soon, with the aim of launching sales over the weekend.
