Gateway Square Mile Mong Kok offers one-bedroom flats as low as $5.09m

Gateway Square Mile in Mong Kok, developed by Henderson Land (0012), released its sixth price list for 25 units, with its cheapest unit priced at HK$5.09 million after discounts, or HK$19,423 per square foot.

All units in the batch are one-bedroom layouts, with sizes ranging from 252 to 285 sq ft.

The units on the new price list will go on sale as early as this weekend, while three special units will be launched via tender in the near term.

The sixth phase of Square Mile and the new project in Wood Road are expected to be released in the latter half of the year, said Mark Hahn Ka-fai, general manager of Henderson Land's Sales (2) Department.
