Double Coast III in Kai Tak, co-developed by Wheelock Properties and others, has released the second batch of 120 units with an average discounted price of HK$19,286 per square foot.
The batch, which comprises 18 studio units, 36 one-bedroom units, 56 two bed-room flats and 10 flats with three bed rooms, is priced between HK$4.45 million and HK$14.4 million, or between HK$17,272 and HK$22,404 per sq ft.
Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu, vice chairman and managing director of Wheelock, said the pricing of the batch is similar to that of the first one, stressing there is room for hikes in future batches.
Showrooms of the project will open to the public on Friday and sales may start after the long holliday, Wong said.
