Native Land unveils 50-story London luxury residence

UK developer Native Land has unveiled Opus, a 50-story luxury residential tower on London’s South Bank and the first homes to launch at its 2.5 billion-pound (HK$25.9 billion) Bankside Yards development.

Scheduled for completion in early 2027, Opus will feature 249 apartments and a suite of facilities including a padel court, bouldering wall, hydrotherapy pool and current pool, podcasting and art studios and a co-working space.

The building will be powered by the United Kingdom’s first large-scale fifth-generation energy-sharing network.

The project sits adjacent to Tate Modern on the South Bank’s cultural corridor. Its design is led by PLP Architecture, ODA, and Enea.
