Cathay Pacific employees in Hong Kong will receive a 3.8 percent pay rise starting January 1 along with a bonus equivalent to one month's salary.
The airline said it is committed to being a competitive, employee-focused employer that rewards staff for their contributions.
"As we focus on future opportunities for the Cathay group, especially with the upcoming opening of the three-runway system, we are confident that we will achieve even greater heights together and strive to become one of the world's leading service brands," she wrote.
Authorities also announced that the expanded Passenger Terminal 2 will be commissioned in phases starting late next year, with preparatory work commencing with business partners.The pay rise follows a similar 3.8 percent hike that took effect in January.
The discretionary bonus for employees in other regions will also be determined by local teams.
