The Hong Kong Jockey Club and Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals are set to launch the largest animal hospital in the New Territories next month.Veterinary consultation and surgeries will be available every Tuesday and Thursday initially from 8.50am to 5.30pm and the operating hours may be extended if required.
Equipped with a full diagnostic laboratory, digital radiology including the dental, ultrasonography and a designated physiotherapy room, the SPCA Jockey Club Centennial Centre in Tsing Yi will be able to provide services from September 3.

It is planned that hospitalization and specialised services such as physiotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine will be available in the future.
Senior veterinary surgeon Enrico Pizzuti will be in charge of the daily operation, leading a team of veterinary surgeons and nurses.
The Veterinary Services Department is located on the fourth floor of the five-story center, occupying a space of 16,500 square feet.
