The park has also adjusted the price of some existing tickets. For example, adults have to pay HK$20-$40 more for a one-day ticket.
The theme park previously offered three types of one-day tickets.
The most expensive 'peak plus days' type costs HK$759 for general admission of visitors aged 12 to 64 while 'peak days' and 'regular days' tickets charge HK$699 and HK$639 respectively.
The park said yesterday regular days tickets, now known as Tier 1 tickets, remain unchanged at HK$639 for general admission and HK$475 for children aged three to 11.
But the peak plus days tickets, now called the Tier 3 tickets, will cost HK$799 for general admission, HK$40 more than before. Children tickets cost HK$599, a HK$30 increase.
The peak days tickets, now the Tier 2 tickets, cost HK$719 for general admission, an increase of HK$20, and HK$539 for children, up by HK$15.
The new Tier 4 one-day tickets, also the most expensive ones, are priced at HK$879 for general admission and HK$659 for children.
"The resort is committed to continually launching new and amazing offerings and elevating the guest experience at Hong Kong Disneyland, as our tickets continue to reflect great value," said a spokesman for the theme park.
"Tiered-pricing structure is a common industry practice that effectively manages visits and market demand.
Since inbound tourism resumed, we see strong demand among tourists from far and wide. The new 1-Day ticket (Tier 4) will help further spread demand and deliver better experiences to all guests," he said.
The park did not list specific dates for the Tier 4 tickets, but the spokesman said: "Selected days that historically see high demand will be tiered as Tier 4 Days. The Tier 4 Days will start to kick in during the coming Christmas season."
He also said the park will consider a number of factors when deciding days or periods for Tier 4 tickets and the other three types of tickets, including the park's historical data and forecast on guest attendance and the park's operational needs.
But the park said Hong Kong residents can still purchase the one-day tickets at the old prices on and before November 15.
Senior citizens aged 65 or above, and JoyYou card holders aged 60 to 64, can continue to purchase day tickets at HK$100.
New prices will apply to Magic Access Memberships from today, with the annual passes increasing HK$400 to HK$4,678 for Platinum adult members, and from HK$2,338 to HK$2,558 for adult Gold membership. The price for an adult Silver Membership also increases HK$100 to HK$1,468.
The new prices for child memberships under Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers are HK$1,088, HK$1,818 and HK$3,368 respectively.
People can purchase or renew Magic Access memberships at the old prices until November 15, the spokesman said.
