Trump vows 100pc tariffs on all Canadian goods if Canada seals trade deal with China

US President Trump warned Saturday that any trade agreement between Canada and China would trigger immediate 100 percent tariffs on all Canadian imports to the US.

Trump posted on his Truth Social platform that Canada cannot become a backdoor for Chinese goods entering the US market. 

He claimed China would dominate and destroy Canada's businesses, social fabric, and way of life under such a deal, leading to blanket tariffs on Canadian products.
