HK airport industry raises over $20m for Tai Po fire victims

Staff and companies at Hong Kong International Airport donated more than HK$20 million to support residents affected by the Wang Fuk Court blaze.

All proceeds go to the government's Support Fund for Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po.

Participating organizations include Cathay Group, Hong Kong Airlines, Greater Bay Airlines, Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals, Airport Authority, Asia Airfreight Terminal, Aviation Security Company Limited, Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited, Plaza Premium Group, Menzies CNAC Aviation Services Limited, HKIA Services Holdings Limited, Worldwide Flight Services, Tradeport Hong Kong Limited, Hong Kong Business Aviation Centre, DHL Aviation (HK) Ltd, LSG Sky Chefs Hong Kong, and the Staffs and Workers Union of Hong Kong Civil Airlines.
