SF Express Hong Kong announced on Friday (Dec 12) that its parcel pick-up partnership with 7-Eleven stores in Hong Kong and Macau will terminate on December 31, ending a widely used convenience-store collection service.

The courier said it would stop dispatching parcels to 7-Eleven from December 28, and any items not collected by December 31 would be returned to its warehouse. These parcels will not be re-delivered to convenience stores.
Customers with overdue or undelivered parcels must collect them from an SF Express service point or a designated partner outlet.
The company urged users to collect their items promptly to avoid inconvenience and apologized for the impact on affected customers.
