The Secretary for Housing Winnie Ho Wing-yin will depart for Lisbon, Portugal on Tuesday (July 1) to attend the International Forum on Urbanism the following day.
Ho will speak at the forum on the various housing initiatives implemented by the government in recent years to enhance people's livelihoods and encourage upward mobility.

She has also invited over 20 construction trade representatives from Hong Kong and the mainland, including companies participating in the construction of multiple housing projects, to attend the luncheon.
They will share Hong Kong's experience in applying and promoting innovative construction technologies, such as Modular Integrated Construction (MiC), Multi-trade integrated Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MiMEP), and construction robots.
Additionally, Ho will depart for Barcelona, Spain, on the evening of Thursday (Lisbon time) to visit local social housing projects and meet with relevant government officials.
She will return to Hong Kong on Sunday morning.
