The stadium was packed with enthusiastic fans waving light sticks and singing along. Many overseas attendees traveled specifically for the shows. Australian fan Zac, on a five-day Hong Kong trip, described the venue's stage, lighting and sound as "international superstar level," calling the experience "a complete city experience" beyond just a concert.

Si Yu, a long-time member of Sun's fan club who traveled from Guangzhou, said the Kai Tak venue was "the most anticipated" for fans after Sun's three previous Hong Kong tours. "The atmosphere here is especially good, nearby malls and restaurants are all packed – the whole Kai Tak area feels like a big carnival," she said.
The concerts drove significant traffic to nearby businesses. Restaurants at the Kai Tak retail complex saw customer numbers increase by two to three times, with long queues forming before show times. Some convenience stores reported sell-outs of drinks and snacks.
Over the past year, the Kai Tak Sports Park precinct has hosted nearly 50 events totaling over 120 international and local sports and entertainment activities, attracting more than 1.9 million visitors to the main stadium. The venue was recently named one of TIME's "World's Greatest Places 2026."
