Kuaishou considers first offshore bond issuance

Kuaishou (1024) is reportedly considering its first issuance of offshore bonds, Bloomberg reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter. 

The company's share price had fallen 3.11 percent by 2.51pm, trading at HK$73.15 after hitting an intraday low of HK$72.5.

Details of Kuaishou's bond issuance, such as whether the bonds will be denominated in US dollars or offshore yuan and the timing, have not been finalized and may change.

The report stated that Kuaishou declined to comment.
