The Harvest of the Sea Dinner Buffet (HK$728) serves an array of seafood spread and specialties such as wagyu beef wellington with black truffle, champagne jelly with caviar, aburi wagyu sushi with truffle, baked oyster with truffle and creamy cheese sauce and pan-fried foie gras on toast with caviar and orange sauce.
