Yau Tong Ventilation Building residential development dubbed One Park Place

The Yau Tong Ventilation Building residential development has been named One Park Place, offering 748 flats.

Jointly developed by Sino Land (0083), CSI Properties (0497), and MTR Corporation (0066), the project is expected to go on sale after the release of the Policy Address on September 17.

Flats will range from studio to three-bedroom layouts, among which a total of one- and two-bedroom units will account for over 80 percent, the developers said.

The project is expected to be completed in June 2027.
