La Mirabelle I to release 254 units next Tuesday

Sino Land's (0083) La Mirabelle I in Tseung Kwan O, will launch 254 units via price list next Tuesday.

The batch of units comprises eight one-bedroom units and 246 two-bedroom units, with the discounted prices ranging from HK$5.78 million to HK$8.86 million.

More than 4,500 checks have been received so far, representing about 11 times oversubscription for the 381 units included in the first two price lists.

The project is co-developed by Sino Land, Kerry Properties (0683), K Wah International (0173), China Merchants Land (0978), and MTR Corporation (0066).
