China says it has expressed its strong dissatisfaction to EU over AliExpress fine

China's Commerce Ministry said on Wednesday it had expressed its strong dissatisfaction to the European Union over its record €550 million (HK$4.92 billion) fine on Alibaba's (9988) AliExpress.

It urged the EU to stop what it called "abusing discretionary power via ambiguity of legal provisions", according to a Chinese statement.
