Swire Pacific posts 9 percent growth in underlying profit, raises 2nd interim dividend by 19pc

Swire Pacific (0019, 0087) posted a 9 percent growth in underlying profit to HK$11.37 billion, driven by the aviation division and significant gains in the property division from the sale of non-core assets in the USA and Hong Kong.

It raised the second interim dividend by 19 percent to HK$2.5 per A share and 50 HK cents per B share.

Swire Coca-Cola reported 35 percent decrease in attributable profit of HK$1.3 billion in 2025.

Revenue climbed by 10 percent to HK$90.5 billion.
