Swire chair Guy Bradley buys a luxury Southern District property for HK$50 m

Swire Pacific’s (0019, 0087) chairman Guy Bradley bought a luxury property in the Southern District for HK$50 million, signaling the improved property market sentiment.

Bradley said he remains optimistic about the outlook for the luxury residential property sector, leading him to seek an investment on Hong Kong Island.

The luxury home at 10A-10B Stanley Beach Road measures 2,832 square feet, priced at about HK$17,655 per sq ft, according to Midland Realty.
