Coupled with the internship program, Cyberport Academy is launching more than 10 summer activities and programs, with over 1,000 potential students.
Eric Chan, the chief public mission office of the Cyberport, said past entrepreneurship programs were mainly for university students and others from all walks of life. But the academy is now also aiming at primary and secondary students.
There are also accredited programs and training for students, including the new fintech certificate program in the summer for senior secondary school students.
A RoboMaster competition is being held. There is even a catalog for primary students on robotics, programming, and AI.
“By further strengthening STEM education, we can help equip those who are interested in the I&T industry,” Chan said.
