Mount Nicholson parking slot sells for record HK$10.2m

A parking space in Mount Nicholson on The Peak was sold for a record HK$10.2 million, more than 50 percent higher than the previous record in Ultima in Homantin Hill.

Mount Nicholson was co-developed by Nan Fung Group and Wharf. Wheelock Properties is responsible for sales.

The developers have sold several parking spaces recently by tender, with a minimum price of HK$9.3 million, according to the property agent. Local paper Apple Daily said a parking space was sold for HK$12 million.

Stanley Ho's fourth wife, Angela Leong On-ki, who spent HK$1.3 billion for four flats in the project, also bought parking spaces, the report said.
