Lohas Park project priced at HK$15,823 per square foot

CK Asset (1113) released the price list of new Lohas Park project Sea to Sky today, offering 285 flats in the first stage. 

The average price is HK$15,823 per square foot, 20 percent more expensive than the second-hand transaction price in the estate.

The first stage apartments are sized from 434 sq ft to 1,077 sq ft. Prices range from HK$6.43 million to HK$21.64 million after discounts.

The project offers 10 four-room units and 115 three-room flats, and 160 two-room flats.

Justin Chiu, executive director of the CK Asset, said he has not seen any factors that could have a negative impact on the market so far.
