The company has secured over 20 paid space tourists from academia, business, aerospace, arts, entertainment, and social media, including Agibot CMO Qiu Heng (China’s first commercial astronaut, passenger 001), humanoid robot PM01 Xiao Qing, The Explorers Club founder Wang Jing, Chinese Academy of Engineering academician Li Licheng, poet Lin Xiaoyan, Zhengjia Enterprise Group vice chairman Xie Meng, rocket firm Galactic Energy CEO Liu Baiqi, and aerospace influencer "NASA Lover."
Tickets require a 10 percent deposit to lock a spot. On January 18, Crosser 1’s full-scale test capsule successfully verified its landing buffer system, making the firm the world’s third commercial entity to achieve this key crewed spacecraft technology.
Founded in January 2023, Beijing Interstellor focuses on reusable crewed vehicles and space tourism, aiming for suborbital flights by 2028 to enable Asia’s first commercial space trips.
Huang Jingyu, born November 30, 1992, in Dandong, Liaoning, is a popular Chinese actor known for films like Pegasus (2019), The Thunder (2019), and Chasing the Undercurrent (2022). He expressed honor at becoming a space traveler aboard a Chinese-made spacecraft.
