Broadway's Hollywood Plaza branch to close in March

Broadway Circuit's branch in Hollywood Plaza in Diamond Hill will close in March, the cinema confirmed on Friday on Facebook.

It announced that the branch is set to shutter due to the government's mandatory closure and the expiry of the tenancy agreement by then.

The cinema apologized for not being able to say goodbye with the moving pictures and thanked the public for years of support.

It wished supporters good health and a soon reunion with them in other Broadway cinemas.

The bcinephile member services of the Hollywood Plaza branch will suspend as well, and said members can handle their applications or other procedures at the branches in Tsuen Wan, The One in Tsim Sha Tsui, or at Cinematheque in Yau Ma Tei.
