Tower 4 of Bauhinia Garden on Tong Chun Street in Tseung Kwan O was locked down on Friday night, after a female security guard of Penny’s Bay quarantine center who lives there was listed a preliminary positive case.

The lockdown is expected to be lifted at 7.30am on Saturday (Jan 15).
Residents there must undergo compulsory testing by 1am on Saturday. Citizens who had been to the building for more than two hour between this Sunday (Jan 9) and today (Friday) must also take the tests by the next Sunday (Jan 16).
Vaccinated people and those who had tested negative have to take the tests again for a mutant strain is involved.
The building was put on lockdown after a security guard working at Penny’s Bay quarantine center was reported as a preliminary positive case.
The 51-year-old woman is the colleague of the infected guard reported earlier this month and she last went on Tuesday (Jan 11).
The two had worked together at Chines Overseas Property Services Ltd as well.
She had also been to a KFC outlet in Maritime Square in Tsing Yi, a Tai Hing restaurant in TKO Plaza and Tseung Kwan O Market. These places are expected to be named in the compulsory testing notice issued by the government later.
