Some Hubei evacuees could be infected, expert suggests

Chinese University respiratory diseases expert, David Hui Shu-cheong, said today that some among the first group of Hong Kong people to be flown back from Hubei province could test positive for the new coronavirus during quarantine. Their test results could also fluctuate between positive and negative.

Hui said the sooner the Hong Kong people return from Wuhan, the better.

He said people with chronic illnesses should have priority in the evacuation.
