A man, 22, accused of throwing bricks on Jordan Road near the junction with Ferry Street during the Kowloon protest on October 20 last year, appeared at the Kowloon City Magistrates' Courts today.

He was charged with a count of unlawful assembly and public nuissance, and also using a facial covering at an unlawful assembly for wearing a black face mask.
The case was adjourned until August 26 and the defendant was released on a cash bail of HK$1,000. He was also ordered to surrender his travel document and not leave Hong Kong.
