US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng arrived for talks Sunday, seeking to set the stage for possible agreements on trade, AI and other issues before a summit between both countries' top leaders this week.

The Sunday meeting, which also includes President Donald Trump's top trade official Jamieson Greer, is due to take place all day at JPMorgan Chase's headquarters in New York.
