'Hot' calendars for cool HK months

A "hot" treat might be helpful to those who are bracing for chilly weather, as Hong Kong has jumped on the bandwagon to roll out calendars featuring muscular firefighters.

The announcement has already gone viral on social media, as many fans are already asking for ways to get one, while one of them requesting for contact details.

The announcement for the 2024 calendar showed four photos of two local firefighters, with some speculating whether there will be more firefighters to fill the calendar months.

"There are 12 months in a year, there are only four photos released, I hope there are more," a web user said.

It comes as Australia has been rolling out firefighter calendars that have been extremely popular locally and internationally.

A charity and a local restaurant have recently invited the three Australian firefighters featured on the cover of the Australian calendar to visit Hong Kong, sparking a local frenzy.
