The front, known for organizing the annual July 1 protest, was ordered by police on April 26 to submit information about its income and expenditures as well as rallies it organized. It refused to comply.
The premises raided included the League of Social Democrats' office at Tai Cheung Factory Building in Cheung Sha Wan and LGBT rights group Rainbow of Hong Kong's center at National Court in Jordan.
The other two are the previous residential premises of imprisoned former front convener Figo Chan Ho-wun.
Another former convener in custody, Jimmy Sham Tsz-kit, is the Rainbow secretary. Police allegedly left Rainbow's Jordan center after no one answered the door.
But they conducted an hour-long search at the league's office, though they did not take any items or turn on computers, said chairwoman Chan Po-ying.
Chan assisted with the search, but she called it "absurd" and caused unnecessary nuisance. She added: "The league and front are two different organizations so we do not have any information related to the front."
