The site spans a total 45,865 sq ft, allowing for a maximum of three stories and a buildable floor area of 27,519 sq ft upon redevelopment.
3 Kent Road features an underground car park and swimming pool, and comprises three two-story residential buildings with a total of 10 units. The building ceilings are 3.15 meters in height.
5-7 Kent Road currently consists of a two-story pre-war building and a two-story residential building, with a site area of 30,967 square feet, and a total gross floor area of 12,574 square feet.
This comes as the market remains active for ultra-luxury residential properties.
