Sun Hung Kai Properties’ (0016) Garden Regency in Yuen Long released the fourth price list Monday, offering additional units with discounted prices from HK$4.02 million to HK$5.58 million, and discounted prices per sq ft from HK$13,000 to HK$14,150.
The additional units include eight one-bedroom units and 52 two-bedroom units.
SHKP may release more units and announce a new sales arrangement Tuesday, the developer announced, with a likely second round of sales this Saturday.
The developer revealed that more three-bedroom and special units will possibly be available through tender during the second round of sales.
The project has launched new units for Block One. A new two-bedroom showflat of flat G on the 12th floor of Block One, spanning 404 square feet, is now open to the public.
This comes after a third price list of 114 units was released last week.
