Blue Coast sells 114 car parking spaces totaling $335m

The Blue Coast in Wong Chuk Hang, co-developed by CK Asset (1113) and MTR Corporation (0066), sold 111 private car parking spaces and three motorcycle parking spaces Saturday, generating HK$355 million in cash.

CKA noted that the demand for parking spaces remains strong for the project despite convenient transport, as plenty of the residents own private cars and have a big family. 

Few four-bedroom apartments and parking spaces remain available for sale.
