Lai Sun's executive president sells Alto Residences unit for HK$21.52 mln

Lam Ho-yi, executive president of Lai Sun Group, sold a unit at Alto Residences in Tseung Kwan O for HK$21.52 million, a paper gain of about HK$4.84 million after a decade of holding.

The transaction involved a four-bedroom unit with a size of 985 square feet, with a price per sq ft at HK$21,848.
