22 Square to launch sale of 30 units on Saturday

Orion Land's 22 Square in Yau Ma Tei will launch the sale of all 30 units in its first price list on Saturday, with average price per square foot after discount at HK$17,545.

The first batch includes studios and one-bedroom units, with size ranging from 218 to 318 sq ft.

Its show flat is open for public viewing on Wednesday.
