The Pavilia Farm III sets new records for HK$22 mln sale of three-bedroom unit

The Pavilia Farm III in Tai Wai, co-developed by New World Development (0017) and MTR Corporation (0066), sold a 746-square-foot three-bedroom unit via tender for HK$21.75 million on Wednesday.

This transaction marks a new record high for similar units. 

The project has sold 358 units since the sales relaunching, earning over HK$5.7 billion.
