Jardini sells four-bedroom unit for HK$81.2 mln on Tuesday

Citic Pacific's luxury residential project, Jardini, on Tai Hang Road, sold a 1,679-square-foot four-bedroom unit on Tuesday for HK$81.2 million, including two parking spaces.

The project has recorded seven transactions within three weeks, earning HK$613 million, according to the developer.
