The Grand Mayfair III sells 18 units for $130 mln on Tuesday 

The Grand Mayfair III in Yuen Long generated over HK$130 million from the sale of 18 units on Tuesday.

Among the transactions, a 352-square-foot unit was sold for HK$6.61 million, or HK$18,765 per sq ft, setting a new record for the highest price per sq ft of the Grand Mayfair III.

The Grand Mayfair series has sold 1,939 units to date, accounting for over 88 percent of the total, earning HK$16.7 billion.
