One Victoria Cove sees 22 times oversubscription of 218 units

Henderson Land Development's (0012) One Victoria Cove in Hung Hom has received more than 5,000 checks as of Wednesday, marking 22 times oversubscription of 218 units.

Mark Hahn Ka-fai, the general manager of sales (2) department of Henderson Land, said the project will launch the third price list in the near term, with prices having room for increase.

The 218 units that will go on sale on Saturday include 203 two-bedroom units and 15 three-bedroom units, ranging from 339 to 642 square feet. Discounted prices range from HK$6.38 million to HK$13.157 million.

This project is co-developed by Henderson Land, Hysan Development (0014), and Empire Group.
