KT Marina II sells 127 units on Saturday

KT Marina II in Kai Tak, co-developed by K Wah International (0173), Wheelock Properties, and China Overseas Land and Investment (0688), sold 127 of 160 units for nearly HK$900 million via price list.

The highest transaction price recorded per square foot exceeded HK$24,000. KT Marina has sold a total of 931 units to date, generating approximately HK$7.6 billion in revenue.

The developer has released the second price list, featuring 118 units with an entry price of HK$5.61 million and HK$21,932 after discount.
