The Pavilia Farm III sells all 88 units on Saturday

The Pavilia Farm III in Tai Wai, co-developed by New World Development (0017) and MTR Corporation (0066), sold out all 88 units in its first round of sales for nearly HK$950 million on Saturday.

The highest transaction price reached HK$25,993 per square foot for a one-bedroom unit. One of the buyers spent over HK$46 million on four units.

The developer has released the revised price list, featuring 75 units comprising 27 one-bedroom and 48 two-bedroom units, ranging from 307 to 534 sq ft. The discounted prices range from HK$7.89 million to HK$14.4 million, or HK$21,928 to HK$27,368 per sq ft.
