KT Marina II releases price list of 225 units on Thursday

KT Marina II, in Kai Tak, co-developed by K Wah International (0173), Wheelock Properties, and China Overseas Land and Investment (0688), launched its first price list that involves 225 units on Thursday, with average discounted price per square foot  at HK$23,888.

Quinly Wan, director of development and leasing at K Wah International, said that this batch includes 83 one-bedroom units, 81 two-bedroom units, and 61 three-bedroom units, with size ranging from 278 to 771 square feet.

The discounted price of these units ranges from HK$5.6 million to HK$29.29 million.
