The Pavilia Farm III sells a four-bedroom unit for HK$47mln

The Pavilia Farm III in Tai Wai, co-developed by New World Development (0017) and MTR Corporation (0066), tendered a four-bedroom unit for HK$47.1 million, setting new records for both transaction price and price per sq ft of standard units.

Besides, the project has received more than 4,500 checks so far, marking an over 50-times oversubscription of the 88 units.

The developer mentioned will stop registration by Friday night.

These 88 units will go on sale via price list on Saturday, covering one- to three-bedroom units, with discounted pricing starting at HK$7.46 million.
