Henderson Land Development’s (0012) One Victoria Cove of Phase 1 and Phase 3 in Hung Hom, upload the sales brochure on Thursday and expect to launch the first price list next week.
Mark Hahn Ka-fai, the general manager of sales (2) department of Henderson Land mentioned that Phase 1 and Phase 3 offers 648 units in total and the price will be based on other new residential projects in the same area.
The show flats will open to the public for viewing soon.
