MTR Corporation to tender phase 2 of Kam Sheung Road station, Tuen Mun A16 Station next year

MTR Corporation (0066) said it expects to tender Kam Sheung Road Station Phase 2 and Tuen Mun A16 Station Package 2 in the coming 12 months, depending on market conditions.

The company had nine residential property developments in progress that will provide around 8,000 more units to the local housing market, as of the end of December.

Subject to the progress of construction and sales, it anticipates booking property development profit from Lohas Park phase 13, The Southside phase 6 and the Yau Tong Ventilation Building project, while continuing to book profit from the Tai Wai Station project, The Southside phase 5 and Lohas Park phase 12.
