New World starts collecting checks for Grand Austin Bohemian, sales to be launched next week

New World Development (0017) said it will launch sales of its residential project Grand Austin Bohemian in Tsim Sha Tsui next week. 

The developer has started collecting checks from Friday. 

NWD released the second price list of the remaining 34 units on Thursday, with the discounted prices starting at HK$4.09 million.
