Central Residence by the Park, co-developed by Pacific Century Premium Developments (0432) and CSI Properties (0497), located in Mid-Levels Central, sold two units on Thursday, said Cello Chan, sales and marketing director of PCPD.
The two units are sized at 1,029 square feet and 1,074 sq ft, and were sold for HK$42.96 million and HK$49.62 million respectively, translating into prices of HK$41,750 and HK$46,199 per sq ft.
The buyer said they have maintained long-term interest in the luxury housing market in Mid-Levels Central, citing persistently limited new supply in the area, especially a lack of premium-quality projects.
