Legendary Netherlands goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar embarked on a tour with his wife Annemarie van Kesteren to take in Hong Kong’s landmarks and scenery.

The 53-year-old Van der Sar posted a video on Instagram showing himself in the city.
They fi rst took a taxi from the Hong Kong International Airport to Tsim Sha Tsui to catch a glimpse of Victoria Harbour, before going window shopping at Portland Street in Mong Kok.
They soaked in the neon lights after returning to Tsim Sha Tsui for dinner at a Japanese restaurant with harborside in the backdrop.
After a day in the busy urban area, Van der Sar set off to visit the rural parts of Yuen Long on bicycles. Then ferried to Nam Sang Wai, famous for its wetlands. The couple then toured Kam Tin’s historic Tree House, the Tang Ching Lok Ancestral Hall, and Yi Tai Study Hall.
Van der Sar is a former Dutch goalkeeper and has played for Ajax, Juventus, Fulham, and Manchester United holding two League titles.
He retired as Ajax’s CEO in May last year.
