Secretary for Housing Winnie Ho Wing-yin visited various Light Public Housing projects to encourage citizens to actively participate in the Legislative Council election on December 7.

In a social media post on Sunday (Nov 23), the housing chief said she and Victor Tai Sheung-shing, Under Secretary for Housing, visited the LPH sites on Yau Pok Road in Yuen Long and on Choi Hing Road to promote the election.
Ho also visited a series of transitional housing projects, including "The NAScenT" and "TranquilTrees Living" in Yuen Long.
Meanwhile, Ho noted that they encountered many enthusiastic citizens during the visit, with some proactively requesting additional election leaflets.
Several citizens emphasized that voting is a civic responsibility and that they would fulfill it, adding that they had already received letters notifying them of the voting arrangements.
Additionally, Ho noted that the "Ballot Box Family" will engage with more citizens at street counters.
